Mesmerizing Rouge

If you follow me on Instagram you’ll remember I posted my recent Sephora haul a couple days ago, in which I hit VIB Rouge status (again) through 2015. I’m still not sure if I should be happy or horrified by this! Like any other ‘achievement’ this came with a fabulous prize, an utterly gorgeous shade of red polish, called X♥Rouge. I, of course, had to pair it with the other Formula X Rouge exclusive shade I picked up (which also happened to put me over to Rouge status 😉 ), in the shade Mesmerize.

As if it wasn’t pretty enough, I felt it was missing something so I used BM315 and X♥Rouge to stamp over the accent nail..

To create this mani I used 1 coat of X♥Rouge. Accent nail was created with OPI Push and Shove and This Gown Needs Crown under 3 coats of Formula X Mesmerize, then stamped with BM315 using X♥Rouge. Mesmerize is a very sheer holo topper, even over a base it takes several coats to build it up, however, the formula is thin and easy builds up with no added thickness or long dry time.
