Iced Lacquer

I used ChG Glistening Snow and gLORIous 12k white gold topcoat. Stamped with BM302 using ChG Holly-Day and Jessica Velvet Fantasy, I wanted it to stand out a bit more so I freehanded over the stamp the lined with Pure Ice Black Out and NYC French White Tip as accents.
