NatureBox Review…

Today I have a different kind of post, of the food nature! Since I have other interests besides nails (and I’m sure everyone else does too) I thought I’d share this really great service called NatureBox.
I’m sure you’re asking, “What is a NatureBox and why would I want it?”
NatureBox helps you eat healthier without needing to change your eating habits. We focus on snacks because that’s the easiest habit to change. Do you know that the average American eats almost 25% of their calories from snacking? In fact, snacking is the leading cause of childhood obesity. NatureBox helps you get more out of your day without wasting calories on the bad stuff.
I don’t know about you but I am a BIG snacker, and while I try to find healthy snacks they’re usually too expensive or may not sound/look good in the package so I don’t buy them. When it comes to my boys I don’t want or let them to have junk. My hopes are that if I teach them to eat well and enjoy the food they eat when they’re young they will make good and healthy food choices when they are older.
Every NatureBox item is carefully sourced and nutritionist approved. Everything inside your NatureBox will be guilt free so that you can feel great about what you’re eating. You can trust that our products will be made from the most wholesome ingredients and will be minimally processed, if at all.
Now that you know what it is, what’s inside a NatureBox?
Each month, your box will include 15 to 20 servings across 5 different NatureBox snacks. We take pride in picking the healthiest and most delicious snacks for you to enjoy. You can trust that our products will be made from the most wholesome ingredients and will be minimally processed, if at all. Everything you eat from us will abide by our strict quality standards.
The best part about NatureBox is:

Together, We Give

For every NatureBox delivered, together we’re helping to feed the hungry through our partnership with Feeding America. NatureBox donates one meal for every box to feed the over 14 million children in America who go hungry. We believe in doing good and eating well.

Now onto the good stuff, here’s what came inside of December’s Nature Box….

Masa Crisps. These are SO good! They taste just like corn chip (like Fritos) and are crispy and salty, yum! Those seeds you see are flaxseeds but you can’t taste them.

Pistachio Power Clusters. These are one of my favs out of the bunch. They contain almonds, cashews and pistachios mixed with some cane sugar, sea salt and held together by rice syrup. They aren’t super sweet, just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Wild Blueberry Flax Granola. This is my oldest son’s favorite, I gave him a little to try and when he was done he kept saying “more, more, more!” I can barely get this kid to eat anything so it was so it was great that he like this. Wild Blueberry Flax Granola is sweet and crisp with a hint of blueberry (there are freeze dried blueberries in it but not very many).

Lemon Pucker Pistachios. I wasn’t very crazy about these, I like lemons and pistachios but apparently I don’t like them together. I normally like salted pistachios but instead of the salty flavor these have the tartness from the lemon juice.

Dried Pears. I love dried fruit and these pears are really good. They are chewy, sweet and delicious!

Overall: I love the variety of flavors you get to try, I would have never bought the lemon pucker pistachios but it was nice having the opportunity to try them and decided whether or not I like them.
Price: NatureBox offers a monthly subscription of $19.95 with free shipping. You also have the option to pause or cancel at anytime.
